About the role
As Sr Manager Reliability Engineering, you will define quality and regulatory requirements and execute product-specific qualification strategies for semiconductor technologies, packages, and internal product releases. Your role involves active liaison with government agencies and customers regarding product quality matters, including MIL-PRF-19500 performance program activities.
What you'll do
- Define quality and regulatory requirements and execute product-specific qualification strategies.
- Liaise with government (DLA) and customers relative to MIL-PRF-19500 performance program activities and product qualifications.
- Maintain regulatory military standard test method compliance and factory technology certifications.
- Lead Technology Review Board (TRB) and Class 1 Change Management (CM) activity.
- Serve as release authority for Change Management and Product Change Notification, including GIDEP notices.
- Collaborate with DLA and the JEDEC community to define and recommend changes to military performance standards and test methods.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a semiconductor (microelectronic) company.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military/aerospace electronics.
- Good understanding of failure mechanisms and usage of environmental/mechanical screening and stress-test methods.
Nice to have
- Proficient with Military or IATF standards, such as MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-750, and/or AEC-Q101.
