About the role

This role involves defining and delivering compute and AI infrastructure platforms, focusing on memory partnership product management for the Data Center Solutions business unit.

What you'll do

  • Manage strategic ecosystem partnerships to achieve AMD’s business and technology strategy objectives.
  • Evangelize AMD data center solutions technologies/products and capabilities to memory partners.
  • Drive roadmap alignment with partners, identifying synergies, disconnects, and emerging opportunities.
  • Cultivate technical and business relationships with key players in the growing AI market.
  • Translate customer requirements, market signals, and technology trends into product strategies for strategic partnerships within the memory ecosystem.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives such as long-term technology and ecosystem planning, and multi-generation/multi-partner roadmap alignment.

What you'll need

  • Experience with memory, storage, CPU, and data center GPU product knowledge.
  • Expertise in machine learning applications and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customers’ business and decision makers.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating autonomously through ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the computing industry, at the OEM or ODM, or CSP level.
  • Background in memory and storage solutions used in large-scale data center systems.
  • Experience in JEDEC, SNIA or other standards bodies with a focus on memory.
  • Expertise in enabling, building, and deploying industry standards and ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor business practices, operations, and product lifecycles in the networking, compute, storage, and/or memory segments.
  • Experience with AI players and/or CSPs.
  • Knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack.
  • Background in architecture-driven product management or system engineering.
