About the role
Works in Customer Support or Business Line Applications supporting sustaining, NPI, or customer projects while interfacing with program teams and customer management. Balances performance aspects across lithography and metrology to guide customers toward optimal technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Act as a technical coach for critical escalations, providing investigation direction and new analysis methodology. - Identify improvements and solutions for existing and developing products, driving implementation and rollout through beta testing. - Define node solutions across technical competences, translating customer requirements to use cases and generating test plans. - Drive ongoing customer software engagements, coordinate follow-ups, and lead Brion-based projects with an engineering team. - Serve as a subject matter expert for customer demonstrations and analyze system design sensitivity to product applications. - Establish best practices, create specialized content for training curricula, and exchange technical knowledge across sectors.
What you'll need
- MSc or PhD in a technical field with substantial relevant industry experience. - Experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute focusing on lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology, or defectivity related to node or process development. - Background working in a customer support or customer-facing engineering role. - Demonstrated experience leading a technical team through the resolution of complex issues. - Competence knowledge covering target, metrology, control, and throughput. - Authorization to access controlled technology as defined under the United States Export Administration Regulations.
