About the role
What you'll do
- Influence key architectural decisions and create collaborative agreements across teams.
- Create high-level product specifications and design documents.
- Evangelize and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices.
- Implement and drive large scale software changes for new products.
- Provide technical guidance in the design and development of new products and features.
- Mentor and coach software developers.
What you'll need
- Multiple years of experience as a software architect building scalable software architectures.
- Experience establishing software engineering practices.
- Excellent knowledge of software modeling methods.
- Excellent knowledge of test driven development.
- Excellent knowledge of agile development.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Nice to have
- EDA software development experience.
- Experience with big data or building scalable, efficient, and reliable cloud services.
