About the role
As a Sr. Expert Operator Semi Assembly, you will operate and maintain automated assembly equipment in an advanced cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools.
- Perform micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation.
- Compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Excel.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI).
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment.
- Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines).
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics.
- High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles.
