About the role
As a Sr. Engineer, SEM Systems Engineering, you will specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules and tools in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and suppliers. This role focuses on the realization of complex modules and system-level integration.
What you'll do
- Take technical ownership and lead multiple complex designs end-to-end.
- Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability.
- Develop engineering concepts and solutions, make technical choices, and resolve issues.
- Define and communicate specifications and high-level designs, align interfaces, and support reviews.
- Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies and applying configuration management.
- Define and execute validation and test approaches, improve methods and procedures, and ensure qualification evidence supports release readiness.
What you'll need
- BS degree in a technical field and 8+ years of general work experience.
- Ability to identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability.
- Ability to develop engineering concepts and solutions, make sound technical tradeoffs, and resolve issues.
- Ability to plan and execute verification and validation.
- Ability to support system/product integration by coordinating dependencies and applying disciplined configuration/traceability.
Nice to have
- MSc or PhD in a relevant technical field.
