About the role
This role supports production planning, new product introduction execution, and data-driven manufacturing improvements in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
What you'll do
- Work with the Production Control and Planning team to support new product introduction and manufacturing execution initiatives.
- Analyze production data and develop reporting tools that improve delivery performance and operational decision making.
- Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Integration and Line Control teams to ensure successful product launches and factory readiness.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
- Support AI & Data driven analytics to initiate key decision making to meet business needs leveraging Microsoft Suite (Cowork, Copilot, PBI, Excel), SQL and Python.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor industry.
- English language fluency (written & verbal).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
