About the role
What you'll do
- Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design and product requirements.
- Develop and integrate MEMS processes to fab/foundry.
- Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials, and fabrication, presenting results with process change recommendations.
- Interface with local and overseas vendors.
- Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.
What you'll need
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.
- Strong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
- Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Nice to have
- PhD.
- Experience running laboratory experiments, such as RF measurement.
