About the role
This role involves developing and deploying custom MEMS test systems for engineering characterization and manufacturing test of SiTime MEMS resonators.
What you'll do
- Explore and prototype novel test methodologies for high-precision timing parameter measurements.
- Develop hardware and validate custom MEMS test systems for engineering and mass production.
- Develop software for test execution, automation, data acquisition, system calibration, and data analysis.
- Document MEMS test system architecture, design, and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system qualification and release-to-production.
- Optimize system performance focusing on throughput, precision, and reliability.
What you'll need
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- Proven track record of driving technical projects in cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with analog electronics, board-level design and debug, and electrical characterization of RF devices.
- Deep knowledge of associated test equipment.
- Demonstrated programming experience in C#.
Nice to have
- PhD.
- Familiarity with LabView and MATLAB.
- Previous experience with MEMS design, test, or characterization.
