About the role
As a Change Control Engineer in FE Central Quality, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Change Control systems and business processes for all Micron Fabs.
What you'll do
- Lead and support strategic change management initiatives.
- Lead and support global alignment of processes and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify process gaps and implement Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Develop and maintain a roadmap and timeline to drive global alignment, system development, and deployment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical assessments of global systems to support current and future manufacturing needs.
- Guide projects through the full lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, and closure—while balancing time, cost, quality, scope, and risk/opportunity constraints.
What you'll need
- Bachelor/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES).
- Demonstrated data analysis, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal forms.
- Strong negotiating and collaboration skills and has partnered successfully with different cross functional groups.
- Ability to present technical information to various levels of audience.
- Ability and willingness to travel, including extended business travel.
