About the role
This role is responsible for the full operational, strategic, and cultural direction of the Livermore factory, shaping the vision, operational excellence, and advancement of global operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee fab operations including wafer fabrication, assembly & test, equipment engineering, process control, and facilities.
- Drive first-pass line yield to industry benchmarks.
- Lead technology transfer of key process capabilities between sites.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic capacity model.
- Manage COGS elements—labor, materials, equipment—to meet financial targets.
- Implement best-in-class practices in lean manufacturing, SPC, and automation.
What you'll need
- 14+ years of related experience, including leadership roles, with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years with a Master’s degree; or 10 years with a PhD.
- Deep semiconductor manufacturing expertise.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Experience with Automation, Etching, Film Deposition, Metrology, Photolithography.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and P&L Reporting.
- Experience in Leadership Development, Mentorship, and Team Development.
