About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products. You will work with sub-micron BiCMOS/DMOS technologies on products like switching regulators, hot-swap eFuse, and half-bridge drivers.
What you'll do
- Synthesize circuits from transistor/resistor level up to system level.
- Perform circuit simulation.
- Supervise layout.
- Assist with Design-For-Test methods for ATE development.
- Support AE for evaluation and customer support.
What you'll need
- Understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits including amplifiers, comparators, oscillator, references, LDO, POR, charge bumps, HV level shifts, drivers, current sensor.
- Understanding of analog layout techniques.
- Understanding of ESD, latch-up, and reliability.
- Understanding of general IC qualification requirements.
- PhD with relevant expertise or MSEE with a minimum of two years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Analog/Power Integrated Circuit Design.
