About the role
This role involves device and reliability modeling functions within the technology platform team, focusing on custom device enhancements to foundry process technologies and silicon correlation.
What you'll do
- Apply technical knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced silicon technology and device modeling concepts.
- Perform measurement automation, data collection, and analysis.
- Utilize GDS to SPICE design flows for silicon correlation using custom process characterization and modeling test-chips.
- Characterize devices and circuits using DC to RF measurement equipment.
- Automate data-analysis and lab equipment.
What you'll need
- Device physics and process technology knowledge with 65nm and newer nodes.
- Device modeling for HSPICE/SPECTRE circuit simulation.
- GDS to SPICE flow in Cadence/Virtuoso.
- MS with 10 years of experience or PhD with 7 years of experience, or basic qualifications in Materials Science & Physics with needed technical experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
