About the role
This position focuses on demand planning, inventory management, and on-time delivery within a regional context.
What you'll do
- Manage materials planning to minimize downtime and maximize inventory turns.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure proper planning and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement and commodity managers to expedite spare parts.
- Lead meetings to drive commitment and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Participate in planning master data management to optimize global spares planning parameters.
- Prepare regular analysis reports and ad-hoc analysis.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (6+ years).
- 6 or more years’ experience as a planner or in inventory control and/or supply chain studies.
- Fluent in English.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets, interpret complex data, and derive meaningful insights.
Nice to have
- College courses in industrial engineering, supply chain, and business administration.
- Spares planning experience.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling systems, planning master data management, purchase order expedite, spares logistics, and inventory control theories.
- Prior experience related to semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Korean and Mandarin Chinese.
