About the role
This senior role involves RF IC design, focusing on RF CMOS and SOI processes.
What you'll do
- Design RF ICs using RF CMOS and SOI processes.
- Apply understanding of analog and RF circuits.
- Utilize knowledge of RF device modeling, device physics, and cellular wireless communication systems.
- Perform EM simulation using tools such as HFSS, Clarity, and EMX.
- Conduct AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) Verification.
- Perform layout using Cadence flow, including LVS, DRC, and xRC.
What you'll need
- MSEE and over 7 years experience.
- RF IC Design experience using RF CMOS and SOI process.
- Deep understanding of associated analog and RF circuits.
- Deep understanding of RF device modeling, device physics and cellular wireless communication system.
- Experience with EM simulation such as HFSS, Clarity and EMX.
- Experience with AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) Verification.
- Layout experience using Cadence flow, including LVS, DRC and xRC.
