About the role
This role involves providing Tier 3 software support for products installed at customer sites globally.
What you'll do
- Function as a technical support Tier for SW issues.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing product and system/computing issues (SW, IT, databases).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and proactively identify points of failure.
- Participate in new SW development, new features reviews, and customer demos.
- Develop training programs for field engineers and end users.
- Develop in-house utilities and tools to enhance customer experience.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years' experience in Technical Support or a Tier 3 position.
- Proven experience in learning and understanding multi-disciplinary, large-scale systems.
- Proven experience with Microsoft operating systems.
- Proven experience with Linux operating systems.
- Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science and/or engineering and/or other technical degree.
