As a Software Engineering Intern at Qualcomm, you will develop, implement, and maintain software for wireless devices.

What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
- Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later
- 1 year of academic experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
Nice to have
- Actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation between November 2027 and June 2028
- Extensive programming in C/C++
- Object-oriented software design and development
- Distributed systems and networking protocols
- Multi-threaded programming
- Multi-core and multi-processor systems
- System performance optimization
- Experience in complex software debugging
- Knowledge of modeling concepts (e.g., discrete event simulation, polyglot programming)
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., bridging, routing), especially in Linux
