This role involves designing and extending software for a large test system that incorporates multiple levels of software.
What you'll do
- Design and extend software for a large test system.
- Design operating software for capital equipment, factory information systems, and application software.
- Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to diagnose and solve complex system problems.
- Collaborate with a larger design team globally.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience programming in C# .NET on Windows using Visual Studio.
- Solid experience developing distributed and multi-threaded applications.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems through creative and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with local and overseas design teams.
Nice to have
- Background in semiconductors and/or test equipment industry.
- Experience in Machine vision, WPF, capital equipment, factory integration, TCP/IP, or database programming.
