Build and scale CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes runner fleets for NVLink and InfiniBand networking software.

About the role

This role owns the build, test, scan, and release infrastructure for networking software products, including CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes build fleets, and artifact registries. The work spans fabrics inside AI systems, covering NVLink and InfiniBand switch management, subnet managers, in-network computing, and fabric telemetry.

What you'll do

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, delivering Debian and RPM packages and container images. - Keep pipeline signal trustworthy by stabilizing flaky lanes, removing failure masking, and improving nightly regression visibility. - Operate Kubernetes-based CI runner fleets, container registries, artifact repositories, caching, retention policies, and access controls. - Integrate quality and security gates, including code coverage, static analysis, unit and functional test lanes, and secret and vulnerability scanning. - Automate the provisioning of hardware- and simulation-based test environments using Ansible and Python. - Partner with C++ and Python developers, verification engineers, and infrastructure teams to set repository standards and unblock builds.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years in DevOps, build and release, or infrastructure engineering roles, including end-to-end pipeline ownership. - Deep, hands-on Linux skills on Ubuntu and RHEL, including shell fluency, system debugging, package management, and containers with Docker. - Strong automation experience in Python and Bash. - Production track record with at least one modern CI system (GitLab CI, Jenkins pipelines, or GitHub Actions) supporting compiled and interpreted codebases. - Working knowledge of Kubernetes as an infrastructure platform, plus computer networking fundamentals and Git-based workflows.
