About the role
You will contribute to turning test results into insights about large chips.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve software that speeds up structural scan (DFT) test execution across a large fleet of ML accelerator servers
- Design and deliver improvements to tools and workflows for bringing new scan test patterns to production
- Build data analytics and dashboards that track test pattern execution across the fleet
- Automate silicon debug and large-scale investigation workflows
- Partner with teams that run and validate scan testing at scale to create maintainable, tested, reusable software
- Mentor early-career engineers and raise the bar through design discussions and code reviews
What you'll need
- Experience writing software that tests silicon itself
- Ability to run structural scan (DFT) tests across a huge fleet of machine learning accelerator servers
- Experience with JTAG
- Proficiency in turning raw data into dashboards
- Experience designing solutions, writing code, testing against real hardware, and shipping to a fleet
