About the role

This internship involves developing and implementing automated RF test solutions to support the characterization and compliance testing of power amplifiers, switches, and other devices. This role is within Qorvo's Connectivity and Sensors business group.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement automated RF test solutions for characterization and compliance testing.
  • Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
  • Streamline application and software processes, and develop/maintain software for projects.
  • Benchmark software to maximize efficiency and develop improvements.
  • Drive API development to support data structures, data access, integration, visualization, and database design/implementation.
  • Document, report, and adhere to team design practices.

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Competence using C#, Python, or C++.
  • Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with development environments, multi-threading paradigms, shell scripting, algorithms, or databases.
  • Experience with AI/ML, preferably via API or other integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
