About the role
This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting the P&R design flow within the physical implementation business unit. The work includes data-model and P&R flow enhancement, database enhancement, and API/Class definition.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug P&R design flow.
- Support P&R design flow.
- Enhance data-model and P&R flow.
- Enhance database.
- Define and enhance API/Class definitions.
What you'll need
- MS with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of IC design data model.
- Knowledge of hierarchical design flow.
- Knowledge of database architecture.
- Knowledge of efficient data access algorithms.
- Excellent programming and software engineering skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with C/C++.
- Proficiency with Tcl scripting.
- Experience in P&R software tool usage.
- Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms.
