About the role

This role provides onsite product support for Tachyon software applications at a major customer site in Austin, TX, USA.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite product support to customer engineering teams.
• Manage software engagement with regular customer review meetings.
• Liaise between Product Engineer Group / R&D and customer on recipe development.
• Debug product recipes for advanced nodes less than 2x/1x nm.
• Lead short term projects within a small team, monitor deliveries, and coach team members.
• Coordinate and drive technical responses to customers.

What you'll need

• SC/Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optics sciences or Physical Sciences.
• 4-6 years’ experience with Computational lithography & OPC software tools.
• Previous experience with direct customer interface.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
