About the role
This role involves overseeing the execution of complex semiconductor device programs, focusing on schedule, performance, power, and cost throughout the entire ASIC lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Manage the ASIC/IP development lifecycle.
- Work with Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, and Physical Design teams for successful tape-outs.
- Implement risk management and disciplined information management for stakeholders.
- Report regularly to senior management on development milestones, metrics, and risks.
- Implement change control and product development processes.
What you'll need
- Experience in ASIC lifecycle development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to synchronize and motivate program managers, marketing, and engineering leads.
- Proven leadership, business, and program management performance.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel, Power Point.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 20 years of experience.
