About the role
This role involves managing the delivery of silicon IP programs, from kickoff through post-silicon support, for Synopsys customers. You will oversee schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery
- Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales
- Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers
What you'll need
- BSEE or equivalent, with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Proven technical program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development
- Direct experience managing customer-facing programs where you owned schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration challenges, and chip tape out processes
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, across geographies and and disciplines
