About the role
This role serves as a Silicon IP Program Manager within the Silicon IP Program Management Office, coordinating global teams to deliver IP programs across customer-facing engagements. The position oversees project schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation for Analog and Digital SoC design projects.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary customer contact for IP programs and manage client communications. - Oversee project schedules and deliverables across distributed engineering efforts. - Coordinate global cross-functional teams spanning engineering, sales, and support. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure reliable delivery timelines. - Report project progress, status, and milestone achievements to internal and external stakeholders. - Improve and refine internal project management processes and operational best practices.
What you'll need
- BSEE or equivalent degree with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience. - Technical Program Management experience in SoC, Analog, or Digital design domains. - Demonstrated program management background handling complex deliverables and schedules. - Direct customer-facing experience in a technical or program leadership capacity. - Experience coordinating global engineering teams and reporting to stakeholders.
