About the role
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon support, for complex IP in the semiconductor industry.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon support
- Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales
- Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in a way that drives action
What you'll need
- BSEE or equivalent, with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Technical program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development
- Direct experience managing customer-facing programs where you owned schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration challenges, and what it takes to get a chip to tape out
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, across geographies and disciplines
