About the role
This role involves supporting manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvements in methods, procedures, and processes for Epitaxy at Texas Instruments.
What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes.
- Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility.
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow.
- Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources.
- Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
What you'll need
- 3 years of experience as an Epitaxy Process Engineer for Silicon Germanium/SiGe utilizing ASM or AMAT platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies.
- Proficient in using and interpreting HR-XRD, ellipsometry, DSIMS.
- Competent in running JMP DOEs independently to optimize process windows.
