About the role

Keysight Technologies is hiring a Senior Thermal Mechanical Engineer based on-site in Calabasas, CA, to develop IP test products. The role focuses on designing, simulating, and validating mechanical and thermal system solutions.

What you'll do

- Develop IP test products through mechanical and thermal system design. - Simulate and design thermal solutions, including prototypes. - Validate designs and build and test physical prototypes. - Support extended on-site engineering activities in Calabasas, CA.

What you'll need

- BS degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience. - Track record in product development from concept to production. - Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems and thermal management solutions including liquid cooling. - Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic, and extrusion fabrication methods. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SolidWorks and familiarity with ANSI drafting standards. - Competence with hand and bench tools.

Nice to have

- Experience with SolidWorks Flow Simulation. - Knowledge of networking/data center equipment. - Knowledge of HALT testing.
