About the role
This SW Technology Program Manager position is part of the Qualcomm Central Program Management team tasked with managing development and delivery of multiple SoC technologies across multiple Business units.
What you'll do
- Scope new products and feature requests.
- Create feature delivery plans for new chipsets and drive workshop planning for tech teams.
- Plan for and drive execution of complex features across multiple teams and locations.
- Develop execution schedules comprehending staffing needs and interdependencies.
- Manage risks and issues and communicate project status to management.
- Ensure team roadmap is well defined, project priorities are managed, manage change control, and drive synchronization across development teams.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Proficiency in Project Planning and SW development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to have
- 10 years of experience in SW engineering and/or SW program management.
- Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
