About the role

This role involves central planning, focusing on data consolidation, analysis, and process improvement across multiple sites and systems.

What you'll do

Consolidate and validate loading, capacity, headcount, budget, cost, and qualification readiness data.
Analyze utilization, identify bottlenecks, data gaps, trends, variances, and execution risks.
Improve planning dashboards, systems, reports, analytical models, assumptions, and readiness trackers.
Lead global stakeholder meetings to drive alignment toward shared goals.
Investigate and resolve non-routine issues, assess business impact, and recommend actions.
Build repeatable workflows using AI or automation tools.
Document standard workflows, share best practices, and mentor team members on planning tools and methods.

Experience with data consolidation and validation from multiple sites and systems.
Capability to analyze utilization, bottlenecks, data gaps, trends, and plan-versus-actual variances.
Experience in maintaining and improving planning dashboards, systems, reports, and analytical models.
Ability to lead global stakeholder meetings and drive alignment.
Experience in investigating and resolving non-routine issues and assessing business impact.
Proficiency with AI or automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Python, SQL, VBA, Copilot, Claude, or other LLMs.
Experience documenting workflows, sharing best practices, and mentoring teams on planning tools.
