About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager drives execution across cross-functional product development, manufacturing ramp, and customer delivery programs within the SPP organization.

What you'll do

- Lead NPD, NPI, and customer programs with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Drive cross-functional coordination across R&D, Fab Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Product Line Management. - Maintain visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies, identifying risks early and driving mitigation with accountable owners. - Establish execution cadence including structured program reviews and reporting. - Coordinate Tier-1 customer programs and qualification timelines. - Align program execution with manufacturing readiness and capacity ramp.

What you'll need

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field. - 10+ years in program management, engineering, or operations in semiconductor, photonics, or advanced manufacturing. - Proven track record managing cross-functional programs from development to production. - Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, and manufacturing processes. - Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, along with strong Excel skills. - Ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority across multiple programs.

Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD). - Experience with InP lasers and other related devices. - ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle).
