About the role
This role leads all steps of the development lifecycle for NVIDIA Metropolis software offerings, spanning concept, model training, optimized inference, and edge-to-cloud deployment.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with engineering and product management to drive and deliver strategic roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira dashboards, bug database queries, and Confluence to provide program reporting and updates to core and leadership teams.
- Track engineering KPIs to refine execution processes and project deliverables.
- Serve as an integral contributor to the Vision AI development and productization workflow.
What you'll need
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of end-to-end program management experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira to guide engineering teams on tooling and agile/scrum implementation.
Nice to have
- Prior program management experience with Vision AI or AI application development, including data acquisition, labeling, model training, optimization, and edge deployment.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, with familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs.
- Deep understanding of the software product life cycle for production-grade AI applications.
- Experience applying AI tools to optimize program management workflows and team velocity.
- Experience managing AI-specific program requirements, including model accuracy KPIs and human-in-the-loop validation processes.
