About the role
This role involves leading programs to productize solutions for NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform. You will work with engineering teams across vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into the autonomous DRIVE SW platform, achieving relevant NVIDIA and automotive standards.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs and projects across the autonomous driving platform.
- Drive new platform technologies from bringup to production across software, hardware, vehicle, and validation teams.
- Manage automotive software development and releases.
- Define scope and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Handle risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies proactively.
What you'll need
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of industry and Technical Program Management experience in software engineering and releasing commercial products.
- Track record of delivering scalable programs and process improvements.
- Experience driving adoption of new and improved process workflows.
- Strong technical acumen across software and hardware platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
