About the role

This Senior Technical Program Manager leads execution of the AI Agent roadmap within the Intelligence Systems team in the AMD AI Group.

What you'll do

- Own and drive AI Agent roadmap execution from research to productization, including quarterly planning, OKRs, and delivery commitments. - Convert research breakthroughs into crisp engineering plans and measurable milestones while balancing algorithmic advancement with near-term product and customer needs. - Drive cross-team execution across algorithm, software, hardware, and platform groups to synchronize timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure release readiness. - Consolidate customer requests and feedback into durable software features, tooling, test coverage, and process improvements. - Identify risks, execution gaps, and systemic bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans and holding teams accountable to closure. - Develop metrics and mechanisms to evaluate the impact of research on customer workloads and revenue.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. - Technical credibility in AI/ML systems with the ability to review design docs, model architectures, performance, and debug issues. - Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs across algorithm, software, hardware, and platform teams.

Nice to have

- Proven TPM leadership delivering complex, cross-functional AI/ML or system programs end-to-end. - Strong technical depth in AI/ML algorithms, performance, system integration, debugging, and reliability. - Experience productizing AI research into robust software deliverables.
