About the role
As a Senior Technical Product Engineer for Implementation at Synopsys, you will bridge customer design needs with digital implementation solutions to define product strategies and enhance EDA capabilities. Your focus spans power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization, multi-physics closure, advanced nodes, and GenAI/Agentic flows.
What you'll do
- Engage directly with customers to identify design challenges around power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization and multi-physics closure. - Analyze market trends to inform the Synopsys SCA roadmap with a focus on advanced nodes and GenAI/Agentic flows. - Define and prioritize product roadmaps by crafting Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and partnering with Product Engineers on Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). - Write code prototypes for new features and products to serve as executable specifications for engineering development teams. - Manage release readiness criteria across Alpha, Beta, Limited Customer Availability (LCA), and General Availability (GA) stages. - Enable field teams and partners through training, benchmarks, and technical campaigns, while presenting as a subject matter expert at customer forums (TRMs, MRMs) and conferences.
What you'll need
- Technical expertise in EDA tools, specifically in synthesis, RTL architecture, place and route, and ECO methodologies. - Coding skills for prototyping features and developing executable specifications. - Experience analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to guide product strategy. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing. - Experience presenting at industry forums, conferences, and customer technical meetings as a subject matter expert.

- Experience in product management, including roadmap prioritization, MRD/PRD development, and release readiness management.
