About the role
This role involves deep technical ownership in Test Solutions Engineering, developing ATE production test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of custom silicon products from design through high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Own test architecture and bring-up activities for ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test solutions, creating detailed test plans and performing in-depth analyses. - Develop test screening methods optimized for test time efficiency based on product application conditions, IP capabilities, and process technology specifications. - Utilize a product's DFT (Design for Test) solution to explore operating space, characterize silicon variations, and drive failure root-cause analysis. - Partner with design teams and customers to define DFT requirements and test strategy. - Collaborate with customers, design, DFT, operations, and reliability teams to ensure test solutions meet coverage, quality, and schedule requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, DFT, or Technology Characterization. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Perl, or R within a Linux environment.

- Expertise in Product Engineering and Test Development. - Expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE). - Expertise in Design-for-test methodology (SCAN, MBIST). - Expertise in HSIO (Serdes, D2D), Sensors, Processors. - Expertise in Statistics, and data analysis techniques. - Expertise in Semiconductor process technology. - Expertise in Reliability and qualification methodologies.
