About the role
This Senior Staff Product Engineer role involves new product introduction, from initial silicon bring-up to volume production. This role focuses on high-speed datacenter products, including PAM4 DSP technology for 200G, 400G, and 800G data transfer rates and Coherent DSP technology for 100G and 400G data transfer rates.
What you'll do
- Validate new device features and test/DFT methodologies during silicon bring-up.
- Collaborate with NPI Product Engineering, Test, Foundry, and Reliability Engineering teams.
- Analyze yield at engineering sample phase and characterize NPI product performance and manufacturing yield window.
- Perform data mining and statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric.
- Support test engineering on resolving test program related issues.
- Plan and coordinate yield and test time improvement activities to meet mass production release goals.
What you'll need
- B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum 6 years in semiconductor manufacturing with 7nm technology node and below.
- Demonstrable knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools, GR&R, Cp, Cpk.
- Minimum 5 years and proven experience with Auto Test Equipment (ATE), Adventest 93K, UltraFlex, test handler, wafer prober.
- Strong hands-on experience in test development and debugging.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
