About the role
This role focuses on leading yield and quality improvement programs for product quality and reliability standards, and supporting new product releases and technology transfer projects.
What you'll do
- Initiate and lead yield and quality improvement programs within PMX Lots’ assessment and disposition.
- Provide fast feedback to the production line for deviations, problem identification, and accurate analysis.
- Identify product, technology, or process margin-related problems and collaborate with PI/UPS for resolution.
- Support new product releases, technology transfer projects, and ramp-up production of new technologies.
- Monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters.
- Lead FEBE interface on yield, quality, and reliability improvement topics within the PMX group.
What you'll need
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry.
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- Advanced level of knowledge of PTE analysis tools.
- Advanced level of knowledge in semiconductors physics of relevant power/IC technologies.
- In-depth knowledge in 8D and other problem solving tools.
- Advanced statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on product.
- Knowledge of quality and reliability of products.
