About the role
This role involves leading end-to-end development of analog and mixed-signal ICs, specifically for Power Management IC (PMIC) applications within the GaN Business Line.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end development of analog and mixed-signal ICs from architecture definition through silicon validation and production release.
- Architect and design high-performance analog building blocks for PMIC applications.
- Drive key technical decisions, design reviews, risk assessments, and project execution activities.
- Define and implement robust design methodologies, verification plans, and silicon debug strategies.
- Lead silicon characterization activities, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution during production ramp-up.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and senior design engineers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design.
- Strong analog design fundamentals and deep understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Proven experience in the design and development of Voltage Regulators, Power Management ICs (PMICs), Gate Drivers, Current Sensing Circuits, and Protection Circuits.
- Experience leading complex IC development programs from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and silicon bring-up skills.
