About the role
This role involves analog circuit design for automotive semiconductors, encompassing the entire development process from circuit design to verification and layout. The position focuses on a range of circuits including ADC, DAC, PLL, LDO, BGR, and DC-DC converters.
What you'll do
- Perform transistor-level analog circuit design.
- Verify and optimize circuits using simulators like SPICE.
- Handle layout design (mask pattern design) and improve design quality.
- Evaluate circuit characteristics and conduct Validation, including silicon evaluation.
What you'll need
- Practical experience in analog circuit design (3+ years).
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Daily conversation-level English proficiency (TOEIC 750+).
- Experience with analog circuit layout.
- Experience with Validation.
- Ability to evaluate silicon characteristics.
- Basic PC skills.
Nice to have
- Work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Development experience in the automotive domain.
- Interest in development efficiency using AI.
- Experience studying or working abroad.
