About the role
This role involves providing technical leadership in the architecture, design, development, and delivery of complex analog and mixed-signal IPs. The focus is on power management solutions, including Power Management Unit (PMU) design and Switch-Mode Power Converter (SMPS/DC-DC Converter) implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal IPs.
- Drive architecture definition, circuit design, verification, and silicon bring-up activities for medium-complexity mixed-signal IPs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital design, verification, layout, product engineering, and system architects.
- Lead design reviews and influence technical decisions.
What you'll need
- Strong expertise in analog IC design with technical leadership capabilities.
- Extensive experience in Power Management Unit (PMU) design and development, including low-power architectures and power sequencing functions.
- Hands-on experience in Switch-Mode Power Converter (SMPS/DC-DC Converter) design and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive medium-complexity mixed-signal IP development from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals, including amplifiers, references, regulators, bias circuits, and feedback control systems.
- Technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across global teams.
Skills: analog mixed-signal IP, PMU design, SMPS, DC-DC converter, silicon validation
