About the role
This role focuses on defining and driving system architecture and strategy for high-performance compute, AI/ML accelerators, and advanced ASIC platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead system architecture and hardware design from concept to production release.
- Own hardware development, system specification, schematic and layout design, bring up, debug, validation, and system integration.
- Drive future technology development with internal and industry partners.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations & test engineering, supply chain, ASIC, mechanical, signal integrity, power delivery, layout, embedded, and diagnostic teams.
What you'll need
- 10 years of experience as a board design engineer.
- Experience with system design, digital circuits, power delivery, voltage regulators, and high-speed signal integrity.
- Proficiency with lab/test scripting SW (e.g., Python).
- Experience working on server hardware, AI accelerators, hardware accelerator, datacenter, AI Hardware, enterprise product, GPU, CPU, or TPU.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise and data center products.
- Background in end-to-end product development cycle from concept, bring up, development, and product launch.
- Technical knowledge of system hardware designs and trade-off from electrical, mechanical, thermal, signal, and power integrity domains.
