About the role
This role involves technical leadership for major blocks and taking ownership for complex block design within power management products. You will contribute significantly to the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits.
What you'll do
- Interpret requirement specifications for power management products.
- Design, simulate, and supervise layout of CMOS power management circuits.
- Lead lab evaluation in collaboration with Applications Engineers.
- Produce high-quality documentation for IP blocks.
- Support DFT strategy and implementation.
- Partner with the test team for appropriate test development.
What you'll need
- 8 - 12 years’ relevant experience.
- Advanced training, study, and experience working on advanced complex technical projects.
- Ability to select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for maximizing results.
- Ability to solve complex issues in creative, commercial, and effective ways.
- Able to lead and coordinate significant projects, programs, and business initiatives.
- Ability to support and mentor Junior Team Members.
