About the role
This role involves managing end-to-end programs, planning, and execution of FW & SW projects within NVIDIA Networking.
What you'll do
- Own and lead multiple networking software Switch related programs.
- Orchestrate cross-functionally among marketing, engineering, and operations teams from initial requirements through architecture stage, execution, and delivery.
- Drive feature planning and prioritization to ensure program goals and product capabilities meet schedule and quality targets.
- Identify and resolve risks, gaps, and bottlenecks through collaboration with technical, program leaders and executive management.
- Matrix manage inbound teams to ensure consistent alignment with NVIDIA's strategic direction and product goals.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software program or project management or leadership.
- Strong expertise in software project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira/TFS/Redmine, MS Excel, MS Project).
- Experience managing multidisciplinary software development over hardware and/or silicon products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
