About the role
This role involves leading the architecture for cloud-networking and security solutions, with a focus on defining the architecture of technologies in networking, security, virtualization, and orchestration.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture for cloud-networking and security solutions
- Build end-to-end solutions from application level to hardware level
- Provide fast and creative solutions to complex problems
- Write effective, clear, and reliable architecture specifications
- Evaluate new technologies and develop proof of concept prototypes
What you'll need
- B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or Systems Architect, with strong experience as a Software Developer
- Deep knowledge of and experience with C and Python
- Hands-on Linux development experience
- Cloud-networking experience
- Wide knowledge and understanding of networking protocols and common network topologies
