About the role
This role involves owning the release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing ADAS & AV SW releases. You will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, integration, and test environments.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end release lifecycle for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle software products.
- Own release planning, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify release risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; drive mitigation plans.
- Define, track, and communicate release-health metrics.
- Establish and maintain release governance, including readiness criteria and approval processes.
- Promote best practices in CI/CD, software configuration management, release engineering, and DevOps.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software releases in a large-scale engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, and relevant reporting or dashboarding tools.
- Programming or scripting experience, preferably in Python.
- An M.Sc., MBA, or experience working with large-scale, safety-critical, automotive, ADAS, or Autonomous Vehicle software systems.
