About the role
This role involves leading complex capital projects, facility expansions, tool installations, infrastructure upgrades, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead projects from concept through commissioning and turnover.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate design reviews, permitting activities, procurement, construction, equipment installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining project risk registers and mitigation plans.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing large capital projects ($1M-$100M+).
- Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM).
- Experience with schedule development, resource loading, and cost-loaded schedules.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification.
- PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) Certification.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Primavera P6 Professional Certification.
- Experience managing cleanroom, utility, semiconductor, or manufacturing facility projects.
