About the role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead strategic business transformation initiatives across the global Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process as part of the company's S/4HANA transformation program, and lead post-acquisition integration initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead business workstreams supporting Applied Materials' S/4HANA transformation for Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Drive future-state business process design, standardization, and implementation.
- Develop and lead integration strategies for newly acquired businesses.
- Establish program governance, decision-making frameworks, and executive reporting structures.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives.
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risks, and dependencies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, ERP deployment, or strategic program management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs in a global environment.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and influence across multiple functions and levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Commercial Operations, Customer Business Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Finance processes.
- Experience leading post-merger or acquisition integrations.
- Semiconductor, technology manufacturing, or complex global operations experience.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent certification.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams on strategic business initiatives.
