About the role
As a Senior Product Test Engineer, you will develop production test strategies and solutions for wireless SoCs and MCU products across design validation and high-volume manufacturing. The scope covers mixed-signal devices including wireless RF circuitry, embedded Flash memory, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, PLLs, and DC-DC converters.
What you'll do
- Develop production test solutions and ATE hardware and software to characterize and validate wireless SoCs and MCU devices. - Drive silicon characterization, reliability qualification, stress test hardware development, and statistical analysis. - Analyze test data to optimize test coverage, improve yield, reduce manufacturing cost, and resolve production issues. - Support customer quality initiatives and deliver test solutions from prototype evaluation through high-volume manufacturing release. - Develop and test mixed-signal circuits including wireless RF, embedded Flash memory, sensors, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, PLLs, and DC-DC converters.
What you'll need
- BS or MS in EE, CE, or a related field with 4+ years of Product Test Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry. - Experience developing production test solutions for mixed-signal, RF, or MCU-based ICs. - Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne J750 or Teradyne UltraFLEX. - Programming experience with C/C++, Python, assembly language, Perl, or Visual Basic. - Working knowledge of MCU architectures and mixed-signal and/or RF systems. - Experience with schematic capture and PCB design, alongside statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or Silicon Dash.
Nice to have
- Experience with embedded Flash technologies. - Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) from first silicon through production release.
